Order Issues

If something isn't right.

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus a photo of the issue. We will dispatch a replacement at our cost.

Because of the sensitive nature of research materials, opened vials cannot be returned or refunded outside of a verified quality issue.
